Lekshmi Padmavathy has over a decade of experience in various marketing and business development roles. Lekshmi most recently served as the Head of Marketing at B Medical Systems starting in December 2019. Lekshmi Padmavathy obtained an MBA degree with a focus in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, they completed a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Calicut. Their high school education, specializing in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology, took place at S.D.V.Central School from 1990 to 2002. Additionally, Lekshmi obtained certifications in Competitive Strategy from Universität München and Gamification from the University of Pennsylvania through Coursera in 2013.
