Adrian Condon has extensive work experience, starting in 1999 as an Electronic Design Engineer at Leading Edge Research. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Signal Integrity Engineer at Nortel Networks. Following this, they joined Schrader Electronics and held multiple roles, including Project Group Manager from 2003 to 2015 and Engineering Team Leader from 2003 to 2011. In 2015, they worked as the Head of Programmes at Thompson Aero Seating Limited, ensuring the successful development and launch of seating systems for global clients. Currently, they serve as the Chief Technology Officer at B-Secur, where they continue to lead and drive technological advancements.

Adrian Condon attended Ulster University from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in BEng Electronic and Computer Engineering. In addition, they also obtained a HDip in Industrial Studies with a focus on Industrial Engineering from Ulster University between 1997 and 1998.
