Alvin Henrick

Alvin Henrick currently serves as the Senior Director of Engineering, Data and AI at b.well Connected Health, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Alvin was a cofounder at Equilibrium Energy, contributing as an advisor, director, and head of sciences engineering, as well as VP and head of machine learning and software engineering from March 2021 to April 2025. Previously, Alvin worked at Shell as a Principal Lead Machine Learning Engineer from August 2020 to March 2021 and at Clarify Health Solutions as Principal Staff Data Science Engineer and Director, leading the development of an analytical healthcare platform utilizing data and AI. Alvin's contributions to The Apache Software Foundation as an Apache Tajo Committer from March 2014 to December 2019 further highlight a strong background in data engineering. Educational achievements include a Certificate of Excellence in Technology Strategy from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Master of Computer Applications from the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology.
