Victoria Duong

Victoria Duong, MPH, CSM, currently serves as Agile Release Manager at b.well Connected Health since March 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Special Projects Manager at Stellar Health, where collaboration with key teams led to improvements in product management practices. At Unite Us, Victoria held multiple positions, notably as Release Manager, where a robust Release Management strategy was established, and as Technical Account Manager, focusing on technical project implementation. Additional roles have included Project Manager, Network Health Manager, and Customer Success Representative, all contributing to operational efficiencies and user training in healthcare. Victoria began their career with an Operations Internship at CrescentCare, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and has also provided administrative support at the University of Washington. Victoria holds a Master of Public Health from Tulane University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Washington.
