Gordon Chapman has extensive experience in the geology and resource evaluation sectors, currently serving as Evaluations Manager at B2Gold Corp. since February 2013, following roles as Senior Evaluation Geologist and Evaluation Geologist. Prior to this, Gordon worked as Senior Project Geologist at Uracan Resources Ltd. and held the position of Director at Groundwater Information Services Inc., a consulting firm Gordon founded, specializing in Hydrogeology and groundwater protection for Alberta's oil industry. Earlier in Gordon's career, experience included working as a Geologist at COGEMA Resources Canada Inc., focusing on uranium exploration in northern Saskatchewan. Gordon's educational background includes a Certificate in Business Management and a BSc. in Honors Geology from the University of Alberta, along with a General Science degree from the same institution and foundational studies at Grande Prairie Regional College.
