Uujim Byambaa, PMP®, CSM®, serves as a Technical Administrator at B2Gold Corp. since June 2022 and concurrently works as a Project Manager at PM Tasks since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Program Facilitator at Progressive Intercultural Community Services (PICS) Society from April 2021 to March 2022, and Manager of the Finance Department at the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry from August 2016 to September 2018. Uujim also held managerial positions at Glogex LLC, overseeing technical operations and mineral economics from October 2010 to August 2016, and served as Office Manager at Special Mines LLC from April 2009 to October 2010. Uujim's career began at Centerra Gold Mongolia LLC as a GIS, Assistant Land Manager from June 2006 to January 2009. Uujim holds a Master’s degree in Global Management from Royal Roads University (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Management from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology (2003-2007), along with a certification as a Mongolian mining Expert engineer from a training center in 2014.
