Joris Gintilas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2003, they started as an Assistant Auditor at Baltijos Auditas and then moved on to become a Chief Specialist in the Legal Division at Civilinės aviacijos administracija in 2004. Joris progressed through various positions at the same company, including Acting Director and eventually became the Director from 2015 to 2018. In 2013, they briefly served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Dialogus. Joris also worked as the Deputy Director at BMK Leidykla from 2012 to 2013. In 2018, Gintilas joined Transporto kompetencijų agentūra, where they served as a Member of the Board and later became the Deputy Director. Joris served in various roles at CAVIA, including President and Board Member, from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Gintilas holds the position of Chief Compliance Officer at BAA Training since 2019. In 2021, they became a Board Member and Chairman of the Board at Nacionalinė Aviacijos Asociacija LAVIA.

Joris Gintilas began their education journey in 1999 at Mykolas Romeris University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Law. Joris dedicated himself to their studies and successfully completed their degree in 2005. In 2002, Joris briefly attended Linköping University, focusing on European Studies/Civilization. Although they did not obtain a degree during their time at Linköping University, their experience in this field of study further expanded their knowledge and understanding.
