BAA Training
Martynas Mazeika has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Martynas is currently serving as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at BAA Training since January 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Workshop of Photonics from November 2019 to January 2022.
Mazeika has also held various positions at BAA Training, starting in 2012. Martynas was the Ab Initio Director, responsible for managing daily operations in Lithuania and Spain, overseeing a fleet of 19 aircraft and 50 employees. Martynas also played a key role in negotiation and signing agreements with strategic customers.
Before joining BAA Training, Mazeika worked at Kelioniu akademija as a Project Manager from April 2008 to 2012 and as a Travel Agent from October 2007 to 2012.
Throughout their career, Mazeika has demonstrated expertise in leadership, operations management, strategic planning, and business development.
Martynas Mazeika completed their secondary education at Kauno Jono Basanavičiaus vidurinė mokykla from 1994 to 2006. Martynas then pursued higher education at Vilniaus universitetas / Vilnius University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Economics.
