Vitalija Sevelioviene possesses extensive experience in the aviation training and hospitality industries, currently serving as Head of Aviation Training Planning at BAA Training since September 2010, with previous roles including TRTO Operations Manager, HR Process Improvement Manager, Customer Support Department Director, and Training Manager. Key responsibilities have included team management, planning and organizing training processes for pilots, cabin attendants, and flight dispatchers, as well as handling VIP client training and crisis management. Prior to their aviation career, Vitalija held various positions in the hotel industry, including Hotel Manager at SPA Hotel Belvilis, Reception Supervisor at Reval Hotel Lietuva, and Reservation Supervisor at Hotel "Lietuva," where responsibilities encompassed customer service, reservations coordination, and sales analysis. Vitalija holds a Bachelor’s degree in Lithuanian philology from Vilnius Pedagogical University.
