Gareth James

Gareth James is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Engineering Manager at Babbel since February 2023. Previously, Gareth co-founded AlsamaTech, where an IT training program for refugee youth in Lebanon was initiated, impacting over 40 students with plans to expand to 200+. As Chief Technology Officer at Kommon Technologies and Director of Engineering at Local Logic, responsibilities included technical direction and team growth. Earlier roles encompassed Development Team Manager at Bookwitty, Senior Software Engineer at Criteo, and various positions at Yahoo!
