Tim Wilkinson

Tim Wilkinson is currently serving as Chief Technologist at Babcock International Group since December 2022. With a strong background in technology and research, Tim has held key positions including Chief Technologist at General Dynamics Mission Systems from June 2012 to November 2022, and VP of Technical Marketing at IPWireless from January 2001 to June 2012. Tim's expertise extends to providing services as an Expert Witness in Patent Litigation since August 2005. Tim's academic credentials include a PhD in Mobile Radio Communications and a BSc in Physics, both obtained from the University of Leeds, where Tim studied from 1984 to 1998 and 1981 to 1984, respectively. Additionally, Tim has accumulated extensive research experience across various esteemed institutions, including Hewlett-Packard Laboratories and multiple universities.
