Tom Hubbard

Tom Hubbard is an accomplished software engineering leader currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Babel Street since November 2019. In this role, Tom oversees the architecture and development of unstructured text analytics products and manages multiple specialized teams. Notable achievements include implementing an engineering mentoring system, establishing quality assurance processes with over 95% defect detection efficiency, and transforming product deployment strategies. Prior positions include Manager of Enterprise Architecture at Casenet, LLC, where Tom led R&D initiatives, and Software Engineer Manager at Mutualink, where the development of a SaaS-based emergency communications system doubled company sales.
