Earlier, Susan worked as Manufacturer Sales & Marketing Manager at Catalyst Communication and as Sports Marketing Manager at Schwinn Cycling & Fitness, overseeing sponsorship contracts and promotional marketing programs. Susan's career began as a professional athlete from 1986 to 1996, competing internationally in freestyle skiing and mountain biking, while contributing to sales, marketing, and product development for various brands. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University.
