Joel Shulman

Professor, Entrepreneurship at Babson College

Dr. Joel Shulman is a distinguished academic and financial expert, currently serving as the Founder, Managing Partner, and Chief Investment Officer of EntrepreneurShares, LLC since November 2010. Additionally, Joel has been a Professor of Entrepreneurship at Babson College since September 1992, showcasing a long-standing commitment to education and entrepreneurship. Between August 2005 and April 2015, Joel founded and managed FP Capital Partners, a hedge fund focused on long-short equity investments in entrepreneurial companies. Previously, from 1994 to 2005, Joel founded the Shulman Review, training over 12,000 candidates for CFA exam preparation globally. Earlier in Joel's career, consulting for The World Bank between 1994 and 1999 involved establishing capital markets in Central Asia and Eastern Europe. Joel's academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Ph.D. in Finance from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business.
