John Chaimanis is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy and sustainability sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Director of Kendall Sustainable Infrastructure, LLC since January 2012. At Kendall, John focuses on acquiring renewable generation and water assets while promoting energy efficiency projects. Alongside this role, John has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Babson College since January 2016, teaching an MBA course centered on valuing and financing sustainability concepts. John's prior experience includes significant positions such as Business Developer for Wind at Edison Mission Energy, where over $500M was deployed into utility-scale wind projects, and founding partner at Uphams Corner Charter School, demonstrating a commitment to social entrepreneurship.
