Joseph Weintraub is a Professor of Management at Babson College, where involvement spans from September 1988 to the present. In addition to teaching, Joseph serves as the Faculty Director of the Babson Management Consulting Field Experience Program and is the Director and Founder of the Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program, facilitating one-on-one coaching for every undergraduate in leadership and interpersonal skills. As President of Organizational Dimensions since 1987, Joseph provides consulting and training in innovation, leadership development, team building, emotional intelligence, and coaching. Joseph holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University and a BS in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.
