Spencer Adams

Spencer Adams currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Finance at Babson College, where responsibilities include teaching a range of undergraduate and graduate finance courses. As the Founding Principal at 449 Advisors since February 2007, Spencer specializes in strategic and financial consulting for emerging growth companies, offering services in M&A advisory, capital formation, FP&A, capital budgeting, and executive training. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Docent Health, Director of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development at The Kessler Group, and Vice President in Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank. Spencer holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Political Science from The George Washington University.
