Kathryn Derbyshire

Kathryn Derbyshire's work experience includes serving as the Global Procurement Services Director at Bacardi Martini Corporation since 2012. In this role, they lead a team and implements effective ways of working and policies for the procurement professionals. Kathryn also oversees the company's PTP processes and successfully delivered various procurement initiatives.

Prior to this, Kathryn worked as a Marketing Global Category Leader at Associated British Foods plc from 2006 to 2012. Before that, they served as the Global Category Director of Marketing at AstraZeneca from 2005 to 2007. Their earliest work experience was as a Marketing Services Procurement professional at Diageo from 2000 to 2006.

Kathryn Derbyshire attended Wellingborough School from 1979 to 1990. Kathryn then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Science, English, and Drama at the University of Exeter from 1990 to 1994.
