Matt Phillips

Matt Phillips is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Finance Director for Global Supply Chain, Digital Commerce and Services, and UK Operations at Bacardi since October 2018. Prior experience includes roles at Edrington as Whisky Operations Finance Manager and in various operational finance positions, as well as a management accounting role at Star Refrigeration. Matt began their career as an accounting trainee at Corus. Academic credentials include an Advanced Leadership Programme from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, an ACMA (CGMA) designation from CIMA, and a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Wales.
