Joyce G. Leger

Joyce Leger guides and mentors Back Bay Life Science Advisors’ team as Director of Human Resources. She is responsible for adapting and managing all HR-related policies and programs and is a trusted advisor across the firm in all aspects of HR.

Prior to Back Bay, Ms. Leger founded J.G. Leger & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in Human Resources management for small and mid-sized businesses in life sciences and technology sectors. She is an accomplished HR professional, with more than 20 years’ experience as director of HR at small and mid-sized life sciences and technology companies, including Bard Electrophysiology, Lantheus Medical Imaging, Spotfire (now Tibco) and ePresence/Banyan, Inc.

Ms. Leger holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The College of the Holy Cross and master’s degree in Community-Clinical Psychology from University of Maryland Baltimore-County (UMBC).
