Paul Kolesnik

Paul Kolesnik is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical program management and project delivery across leading technology companies. Currently serving as the Head of PMO and Director of Technical Program Management at Backblaze since June 2022, Paul previously held significant roles at Autodesk, Microsoft, and Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included building technical program management practices, leading major cloud platform projects, and managing enterprise telemetry solutions. With earlier experience at organizations such as Fujitsu Canada, Bombardier Aerospace, and CAE, Paul has demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale IT projects and providing strategic leadership. Paul holds a Certificate in Comprehensive Project Management, a Master's degree in Computer Applications in Audio, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, all from McGill University.
