Carley Deardorff

Carley Deardorff is a strategic advisor with extensive experience in partnership development and stakeholder management. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Backstage Capital and DivInc, Carley previously held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at Capital Factory, where responsibilities included negotiating complex partnership agreements and enhancing collaboration across the organization. Additional experience includes roles as a Global Ambassador for 3 Day Startup, where advocacy and mentorship spanned multiple countries, and contributions to various communication and event management positions. Carley holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Media from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master's degree in International Studies on Media, Power, and Difference from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
