Trey Schmedt

Trey Schmedt currently serves as the Podcast Partnership Manager at Backyard Ventures since April 2024. Prior to this role, Trey worked at Ad Results Media from September 2021 to April 2024 as a Senior Media Planner, specializing in sourcing, negotiating, and optimizing media schedules across various channels including podcasts and digital audio. Trey's experience also includes positions at Keystone Media International as a Media Planner and as a Media Coordinator, with earlier roles in media and marketing at Emmis Austin Radio, the Texas Department of Transportation, and in various student positions at The University of Texas at Austin and The University of Texas at San Antonio. Trey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from The University of Texas at Austin.
