Liz Spence is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and management across various sectors, including health, agriculture, and environmental sustainability. Currently serving as Senior Vice President & General Manager, US at Bactolife since June 2025, Liz previously led growth initiatives for Verily's wastewater monitoring business and oversaw business development at Mineral.ai, contributing to the company's acquisition by John Deere. At Cargill, Liz held several leadership roles, including Commercial Director and General Manager of Health Ingredients, where significant growth was achieved in health supplements.
