Michael Kadous serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Bad Birdie since July 2023. Previously, Michael held several senior leadership roles at adidas from March 2016 to June 2023, including Sr. Director of North America for adidas Outdoor, Terrex, and Five Ten, where responsibilities spanned brand and commercial efforts across the region. Michael also led global transformation initiatives and brand finance strategies within adidas. Earlier career experiences include managing digital commerce operations at Delivery Agent and financial analysis roles at Gap Inc., Gap Outlet, Williams Sonoma, and Target Corporation. Michael earned a double major in Marketing and Finance from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.
