Suryo Adi Rakhmawan

Suryo Adi Rakhmawan is a statistician currently employed at Badan Pusat Statistik, specializing in social statistics and demographics since January 2017. Concurrently, Suryo serves as a committee member for the Young Statisticians initiative at the International Statistical Institute, focusing on enhancing engagement and networking among young statisticians. Additionally, Suryo contributes to the United Nations by conducting teaching sessions and supporting socio-economic and migration analyses. Past roles include serving as a professional educator at the Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia and as a teaching assistant at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals. Suryo holds a Master of Science in Applied Statistics from King Fahd University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Statistics from Politeknik Statistika STIS, complemented by short courses at Griffith University and a visiting program at KAUST.
