Justin Hernandez

Justin Hernandez is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in various roles within the creative industry. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at Bader Rutter since July 2016, Justin has progressed from a Designer role to lead design projects. Previous positions include a Jr. User Experience Designer at ECMC Innovation Lab and a Designer at Crush Advertising. Justin's early career involved diverse responsibilities at the Austin Film Festival, including Event Production Manager and Marketing Coordinator roles, as well as internships at Redbud Pictures, The Paramount Theatre, and the Texas Film Commission. Justin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas State University, along with certification in Front End Web Development from General Assembly.
