Noreen Tietyen

Noreen Tietyen, CPP, serves as the Payroll Manager at Badger Meter since March 1997, overseeing in-house payroll for over 800 employees across the US and Mexico using Workday Payroll and related systems. Prior experience includes roles as Admin Assistant and Computer Room Supervisor at Northwestern Elevator Co., Inc., where responsibilities encompassed payroll processing for 100 employees and various accounting tasks, as well as a position as Supervisor of Computer Operations/Accounting at Weight Watchers of WI, supervising payroll and accounting functions. Noreen began a career at Waste Management of Wisconsin as a Data Processing Computer Operator, managing various financial processes. Noreen is also pursuing ongoing education through the American Payroll Association and Moraine Park Technical College.
