Christopher Gaspar

Christopher Gaspar serves as the Director of Government Relations at BAE Systems, Inc. since June 2022, following a role as Director of Legislative Affairs at Textron from October 2019 to July 2022. Gaspar previously worked as a Legislative Assistant for the United States Senate under Senator Dianne Feinstein from June 2013 to October 2019, focusing on defense and foreign affairs, and ensuring the Senator's priorities were met in key defense legislation. Earlier experience includes serving as a Military Legislative Assistant for Congressman James P. Moran, where responsibilities encompassed defense appropriations and transportation improvements for military bases. Gaspar's career also includes time as a Staff Assistant with the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and internships at the Inter-American Dialogue and the U.S. Department of State. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
