Aditya Gumidala

Aditya Gumidala has a strong background in scientific research and development, with experience spanning several companies. Aditya is currently working at Baebies as a Senior Scientist, a position they started in February 2023. Prior to this role, Aditya worked at Genei Laboratories Pvt Ltd from May 2021 to February 2023 as a Research and Development Scientist. Before that, they were Deputy Manager in R&D at Huwellifesciences Pvt Ltd from December 2020 to April 2021. Aditya's extensive experience in research and development began at RAS Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd (A bioMerieux Group Company) where they served as a Senior Associate from August 2016 to December 2020, focusing on upstream and downstream process development in recombinant protein systems. Aditya also gained experience in maintaining cell cultures, cloning and transformation of recombinant proteins, and more. Prior to this, they worked as an Application Scientist at Indigenese Biotechnologies from October 2014 to June 2016, where they developed protocols and methodologies for protein production, executed those protocols in downstream processes, and conducted research on molecular diagnostics. Aditya began their career as a Research Associate at Primer Biotech. Hyderabad from May 2013 to September 2014.

Aditya Gumidala completed their education in the following order:

- From 2011 to 2013, Aditya pursued a Master's degree in Biotechnology at Osmania University.

- From 2007 to 2010, Aditya earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology from Osmania University.

- From 2005 to 2007, Aditya attended the Board of Intermediate Education, where they studied Biology/Biological Sciences, General at the Intermediate (+2 level).

- In 2004, Aditya completed their high school education at Sri Kakatiya High School in Nizamabad, with a focus on the SSC curriculum.

In addition to their formal education, Aditya Gumidala obtained several certifications from OneHourLearning. They earned certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Skills, Decision Making Skills, Conflict Management, Creativity and Innovation, Influencing Skills, Project Management, Team Management, and Time Management.
