Miranda Couch

Miranda Couch is an experienced payroll professional with a strong background in processing payroll across various companies. Currently serving as a Payroll Administrator at Baerlocher USA since December 2017, Miranda manages hourly and salaried payroll using ADP Workforce Now and has successfully transitioned employees from paper timecards to digital clock-in systems. Previously, at Intelligrated, from August 2015 to December 2017, Miranda ensured accurate payroll processing for multiple locations using Kronos, while also conducting audits on employee timecards. At Omnicare Inc., from April 2013 to August 2015, responsibilities included processing payroll for 3,000 employees across multiple states and communicating payroll procedures to management. Miranda's early career included roles at GKN Aerospace, where payroll processing was also a key responsibility, and as a Data Entry Assistant. Miranda holds an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design from Antonelli College-Cincinnati.
