Stephen Shanahan

Stephen Shanahan currently serves as the Director of Retail at BAGGU, a position held since January 2018, overseeing stores, B2B, and customer experience. Prior to BAGGU, Stephen held various roles at Urban Outfitters from November 2010 to January 2018, including Head of Retail, Retail Operations Manager, and Store Manager. Stephen's experience further extends to positions such as Assistant Store Manager, Senior Women's Accessories Department Manager, Men's Department Manager, Women's Team Leader, and Sales Associate across multiple Urban Outfitters locations. Stephen is an alumnus of New York University.
