Nada Azmi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and transformation within the banking sector. Currently serving as Chief Strategy and Transformation at Bahrain Development Bank since March 2022, Nada is responsible for driving the development and execution of the Bank’s business transformation strategy. Prior to this role, Nada spent over 15 years at Bahrain EDB in various leadership positions, including Executive Director of Corporate Strategy & Planning and Director of Competitiveness Advocacy. Earlier career experience includes engagement management at 01systems. Nada holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus and has completed programs at Harvard Business School focused on negotiation, competitive decision making, and leadership in management.
