Ishaq A. Ishaq's work experience begins in 2010 when they started as an Executive Trainee at Ithmaar Bank. In 2012, they joined BisB as a Financial Institutions Assistant Relationship Manager and later became a Corporate Banking Analyst. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking at BisB. In 2019, they joined Al Baraka Islamic Bank B.S.C. as a Team Leader in Corporate Relationship Management.

In 2020, Ishaq joined the Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB) as the Head of the UAE Market in Investment Origination. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Head of MENA & Asia in Investment Origination at EDB. In 2022, they became the Head of Asian Markets in Investment Origination at EDB.

Additionally, in 2022, Ishaq took on the role of Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee of Bahrain Gymnasiade 2024 at ISF - International School Sport Federation.

Ishaq A. Ishaq pursued their education chronologically, starting with their American High School Diploma from Ibn Khuldoon National School in an unspecified year. Afterwards, they attended the University of Portsmouth from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a B.S.c (Hons) (Econ) degree in Economics, Finance, and Banking. In 2014, they completed the International Certificate of Wealth Management program at The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI), focusing on the fields of Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
