Ayman Al-Marashdeh

Ayman has over 25 years’ of experience in the IT sector. In his current role as Executive Vice President, Ingenuity, he manages the operations and business of the organization and has seen tremendous success in the government vertical in Oman. He has a strong expertise in the areas of Identity Management Solutions, Border Control and Management, ePassport, AIFS “Forensic fingerprint systems”, IT Infrastructure, CCTV, Wireless Solutions, Oracle, System Analysis, ERP, Data mobility, Smart forms, and Fuel Management Systems. He has a vast experience in successfully delivering solutions for both public and private sectors in the GCC region.

Prior to joining BCT Group in 2010, Ayman has played a pivotal role in various projects, such as largest vehicle inspection consultation in Oman, to develop the national strategy of vehicle inspection in the country. It is noteworthy that he implemented the first BOT Vehicle Inspection stations in Dubai, UAE. He has worked in large government and private organizations such as Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, State of Qatar, Almadina Development & Supply, Sultanate of Oman and Bahwan Saudi IT. Ayman has managed cross-functional teams in various regions across Oman, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Canada and India.

Ayman is a business advisor for many European vehicle inspection solution providers and leads a team developing a comprehensive vehicle inspection station management system. He is a member of the consulting committee for higher technical college in Muscat and also a member of the Omanization committee in IT sector.

Ayman holds an MBA degree in Electronic Business from University of Phoenix and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Yarmouk University Irbid, Jordan.
