Tom Hoscheidt began their work experience in 1984 as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing at Champion Federal. Tom then joined Radon Financial Group in 1992, where they served as the Vice President of Product Development. During their time at Radon Financial Group, Tom played a significant role in the growth of the company, expanding its services and increasing sales. In 2004, they became the Managing Director of Research at BAI, where they oversaw benchmarking programs for BAI Research, focusing on areas such as deposit generation, non-interest income, and consumer lending.
Tom Hoscheidt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, from 1976 to 1980. Tom then pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Finance at Illinois State University from 1982 to 1984.
