Philip Sun

Philip Sun is an experienced business analyst and investment professional, currently serving as the Business Analysis Leader at Baidu since December 2019. In this role, Philip leads a team to develop comprehensive industry and customer insights through macroeconomic tracking and in-depth analyses. Prior to Baidu, Philip was the Deputy Director of Investment at China Science and Technology Industry Investment Management Company, where responsibilities included managing investments in TMT, cloud computing, and big data sectors. Philip co-founded CAS Investment in Silicon Valley, overseeing investment and management operations. Earlier experience includes serving as an Investment Manager at China Science and Technology Industry Investment Management Company, with a focus on successful investment cases. Philip holds an MBA in Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Science and Technology Beijing.
