Yuan Lin

Yuan Lin is a Senior R&D Engineer at Baidu Inc. since July 2016, specializing in real-time robust camera tracking for augmented reality applications on both iOS and Android platforms. Prior to this role, Yuan Lin worked as a Staff Researcher at Lenovo from July 2013 to July 2016, focusing on computer graphics and image processing, including 3D indoor map reconstruction, 3D denoising, and 3D model simplification. Yuan Lin holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Information and Communication Engineering from Tsinghua University, obtained in 2013, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Dalian University of Technology, completed in 2008.
