Shraddha Patil

Shraddha Patil is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in research and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Officer at BAIF Development Research Foundation since May 2022, Shraddha previously held roles as a Consultant at mByom and a Junior Research Fellow at Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar. Additional experience includes serving as a Project Specialist in Human Resource Development for the Government of Maharashtra and as a Research Assistant at Vidya Bhavan Society, Udaipur. Shraddha began their career with internships, including a role focused on sustainable business planning for goat breeders at Rajasthan Grameen Aajeevika Vikas Parishad. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Development Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University.
