Apricot Wilson

Apricot Wilson, CFA, is an experienced professional in impact investment, currently employed at Baillie Gifford since September 2022. Prior to this role, Apricot served as Deputy CEO for both IforD - Luxembourg Microfinance and Development Fund and IforD - Forestry and Climate Change Fund from March 2019 to September 2022. Apricot has also held positions at Roland Berger as a Summer Associate, where responsibilities included completing due diligence for private equity firms, and at Luxembourg Microfinance and Development Fund as Assistant Investment Manager. Earlier career stages include producing research for the senior management team at Aberdeen Asset Management and participating in a rotational graduate scheme. Apricot’s educational background includes a Master of Arts from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from China Europe International Business School, alongside short courses at Tsinghua University and an MBA exchange at INSEAD.
