Kartik Jogi has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources. Kartik started their career at Nehru Science Centre as a Trainee in 2000. Kartik then worked at Trailblazers Adventure Travel Pvt Ltd as an Executive from 2003 to 2005. In 2006, they joined TeamLease Services Private Limited as a Sr. Consultant, where they were responsible for the growth of FMCG and services vertical. From 2010 to 2015, Kartik worked at Bajaj Electricals Ltd as a Human Resources Manager, and later as the Vertical Head of Learning & Development, HR Business Partner & Digitization. Currently, they hold the position of Vertical Head HR Business Partner & Digitization at Bajaj Electricals Ltd, where they lead a team in delivering comprehensive HR services, including talent management, culture building, HR process design, rewards management, and employee engagement.
Kartik Jogi's education history begins in 1997 when they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany from Wilson College, Mumbai. Kartik then pursued a Master of Science degree in Environmental Botany from The Institute of Science, Mumbai University, completing it in 2003. In 2006, Kartik enrolled at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2007.
Kartik furthered their education by attending the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Diploma in Training & Development. In 2016, they obtained various certifications, including the Assessor Certification on Assessment Center Approach to Competency Mapping from XLRI Jamshedpur and the Certified Learning and Development Professional (CLDP) from Aon Hewitt Asia.
In 2018, Kartik pursued a Neuroleadership Brain Based Coaching certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute India & SouthAsia. Additionally, in 2013, they completed the Basic Lab on Human Process (BLHP) for Personal Effectiveness from the Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science.
Kartik recently embarked on an Executive Program in Leadership in Human Resources at SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, which runs from 2022 to 2023.
