Vinayak Raje has worked in various companies and held different roles throughout their career. VINAYAK started their career at Mahindra & Mahindra as a Graduate Engineer Trainee from June 1998 to June 1999. VINAYAK then joined Milton Plastics as a Product Designer from August 2001 to April 2005. After that, they worked at Bajaj Electricals Ltd, first as GM-Design and Development from April 2005 to July 2023, and currently as the Vertical Head of Consumer Products R&D starting from July 2022.
Vinayak Raje completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering at Govt College Of Engineering Amravati from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they pursued a Master of Design (M Des) in Industrial Design at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 1999 to 2001.
