Harshil Naik

Harshil Naik is an experienced professional in product management and sales, currently serving as the Nation Head Product for the B2B2C Channel at Bajaj Finserv Health since April 2021, overseeing product and process development, partner onboarding, and operational activities. Previously, Harshil held the position of National Head Telesales, managing B2C tele sales, collections, and strategic planning. Prior to Bajaj Finserv Health, Harshil worked as a National Account Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life, driving B2C sales across various channels, and as a Delivery Transition Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, managing large-scale telemarketing projects. Harshil's professional journey began in credit control and B2B collections roles across multiple organizations, complemented by a Post Graduation in Business Administration from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Mithibai College.
