Suchitra Maharana

Suchitra Maharana is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in managing legal risks and contracts across various industries, currently serving as the Head of Legal Risk & Contracts at Bajel Projects Ltd since October 2024. Previous roles include Legal Head for the Coal Mining Business at Adani Enterprises Limited and Head of Legal at Mahindra Susten, among others. With a strong background in corporate law, contract management, and litigation, Suchitra has handled comprehensive legal matters for renowned companies, including Mahindra & Mahindra Limited and Reliance Communications. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Commercial Laws from Utkal University and a PGDIPR in Intellectual Property Law from the National Law School of India University, complemented by further studies in Human Resources Management and Tax Law.
