Gaurub Pandey has worked for multiple companies in various roles throughout their career. Gaurub co-founded Bajra Technologies in 2011 and later became CEO, focusing on transitioning the company to deep learning expertise and pushing for product development. Gaurub also provided consulting services to corporate clients. Additionally, they worked as a Chief Technology Officer at dhi: Solutions, where they built a complete EHR/HMIS system from scratch. Prior to that, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Deerwalk Inc and a Software Engineer at Cisco Systems, Inc. Gaurub also had research and development internships at Brown University and Endeca Technologies, where they designed and implemented simulations and developed web applications.
Gaurub Pandey pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Brown University, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to machine learning and deep neural networks from Coursera. In April 2016, they completed a certification in Machine Learning. Following this, in August 2017, they obtained a certification in Neural Networks and Deep Learning. Lastly, in September 2017, they acquired a certification in Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization, and Optimization.

Bajra Technologies is a software services company specializing in mobile, web and Flex applications. Current platforms we work on are iPhone, Android, PHP (CodeIgniter, PyroCMS, Wordpress) and Flex. We are a group of young, highly motivated engineers/entrepreneurs who are also in the process of releasing our own products. We take pride in going beyond the bare minimum required to implement specifications; we often go back to our clients with suggestions, ideas to make things better. We are a team of roughly 40 and are growing fast.
