Robert McPherson has a diverse background in information technology and cyber security with significant experience in both military and civilian roles. Currently serving as the Information Technology Coordinator at Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric since April 2021, Robert previously worked as an Information Technology Field Engineer at G2 Technical Services and as a member of the IT Service Desk at Perspecta, where exemplary performance included maintaining a low average handle time and high ticket resolution rate. Robert's military experience as a Cyber Security Specialist in the US Army included training personnel in cyber security and managing user accounts for various networks. Additionally, Robert held roles as a Help Desk Technician and Signal Support System Specialist, demonstrating proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining technology systems.
