Federico Serra

Federico Serra is an experienced legal professional with a comprehensive background in legal and compliance matters across Latin America. Currently serving as the Legal and Compliance Manager for Baker Hughes in the Southern Cone and Andean Geo-markets since January 2006, Federico oversees all legal and compliance affairs in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, and Perú. Prior roles include Region Contracts Counsel for Latin America and Spain at Baker Hughes, and Legal Contracts Counsel at Petrobras Argentina SA, where Federico managed contracts and commercial issues. Additionally, Federico held positions at Pecom Energía S.A and Perez Companc S.A, gaining extensive experience in contract negotiations and legal counseling. Federico holds a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, as well as specialized certifications in ethics, compliance, and corporate legal counseling.
