Kersten Metz

Kersten Metz is an experienced executive recruitment professional currently serving as the Global Executive Recruiting Director for Oilfield Services and Equipment at Baker Hughes since October 2022. In this role, Kersten leads the strategy and delivery of executive recruitment, develops a specialized search team, and attracts top talent for critical positions. Prior experience includes serving as a Partner at Meraki Search Group, Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Tokio Marine HCC, and Talent Acquisition Manager at Duke Energy Corporation and Enterprise Holdings. Kersten holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from The College of Wooster.
