Seema Santhakumar

Seema Santhakumar has garnered extensive experience at Baker Hughes since 2007, holding various leadership positions including Hydrogen Market Development Leader for the Americas and Global Leader for Low Carbon Transition and Energy Solutions, where pivotal initiatives were implemented to enhance energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions. With a strong background in strategy and program management, Seema has developed innovative business models and growth strategies, managed significant enterprise projects, and established business intelligence capabilities. Additionally, Seema serves as Executive in Residence at YGC, mentoring teams and advising on ventures, and previously worked as a Senior Consultant at Accenture. Seema holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Rice Business, has attended the MIT Sloan School of Management, and possesses a Master's in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's in Physics from Bharathiar University and the University of Calicut, respectively.
