Terence Austin

Terence Austin is a seasoned professional in the fields of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, currently serving as Senior M&A Manager at Baker Hughes since January 2025. Prior to this role, Terence held various leadership positions at Stallion Infrastructure Services, including Vice President of Emerging Markets and Director of Corporate Development and Finance, from October 2016 to January 2025. Terence's experience includes working as Associate Director in the Natural Resources Group at UBS Investment Bank from July 2014 to October 2016 and serving as a Summer Associate at Z Capital Partners in 2013. Terence began a career in finance as a Sales Trader at Dahlman Rose & Co. from 2007 to 2012. An MBA graduate from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, Terence focused on Investment Management and Corporate Finance, achieving recognition as the Venture Capital Investment Competition Regional Champion. Terence earned a BA in Economics from Bucknell University in 2007.
